All Provincial (Family) Court registries in BC are now early resolution registries except in the northern region which remain Parenting Education Program registries.

Staffed registries: Prince George (Regional Center), Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Prince Rupert, Quesnel, Smithers, Terrace, and Williams Lake.
Circuit Courts: 100 Mile House, Anahim Lake, Atlin, Burns Lake, Chetwynd, Daajing Giids, (formerly Queen Charlotte),Dease Lake, Fort St. James, Fraser Lake, Hazelton, Houston, Hudson’s Hope, Kitimat, Kwadacha (Fort Ware), Mackenzie, Masset, McBride, New Aiyansh, Stewart, Tumbler Ridge, Valemount, and Vanderhoof.
